Details: Dan's Papers hosted their highly anticipated foodie events this weekend. On Friday, Dan's debuted their, "GrillHampton" event. The Grill off was a competition between NYC and The East End. Naturally, The Hamptons dominated the BBQ menu, sweeping the judges off their feet and winning Blue Moon's grand prize.
On Saturday, Dan's annual "A Taste of Two Forks" took over the food tent. Restaurants from Montauk and NYC dished out samples of their finest bites from tuna tartar to panna-cotta sprinkled with panchetta. Bobby Flay welcomed guests and cheered to a divine eating experience.
