Ruschmeyer's has teamed up with Matt Kliegman, Carlos Quirarte, and Melia Marten, of The Smile in Manhattan, to operate the restaurant in collaboration with executive chef, Brian Loiacono. This new chef team has created a menu that emphasizes Montauk's freshest seafood and local produce, paired with an amazing wine list featuring organic wines.
