Decidedly inaccessible, actively relaxing - people will need to take a ferry just to begin to find you, like living surrounded by your own moat with a broken drawbridge. Everything's green, and just go far enough in any direction, you'll be hitting water. Cruising around on your bike. Being the least social you you can be. Just pray to God the rest of New York doesn't set its sight on this place next - where up and coming, trendy real estate is concerned, nowhere is safe. And who knows where you may need to run next in the hope of a peaceful, pastoral retreat. Dare we even say it - Dutchess County?
