According to Dr. Debra Brammer, ND, the clinical dean of naturopathic medicine at Bastyr Center for Natural Health, the following tea recipe reduces anxiety and relaxes the mind and body.
Mix 1 tsp of each herb: passion flower, linden flower (tilia), chamomile, lemon balm, vervain, catnip, and lavender flower. Add hot water.
