After the food is gone, the mess is left to clean up and no one wants to do that. However, to make cleaning into a fun workout, you can take two pots, fill them with dirty dishes and utensils from the table, and use them as weights! Once you have your "weights," stand with one leg bent back and lunge downward. Repeat 10 times on each leg for as many reps as you please.
