Kale is the new black. It is low in calories, high in fiber, and has zero fat...well damn Daniel, back at it again with the green kale! The leafy greens are great for aiding with digestion and are also packed with vitamins so you should probably try to eat it on a semi-regular basis. You don't need much in your smoothie besides the kale itself, just add some coconut water and apple. Find out more here
