Stay Hydrated & Pack Snacks
You're so busy taking in all that fashion week has to offer that you haven't even realized that you're dehydrated and starving until you're about to pass out. Pack a bottled water or coconut water in your bag to stay hydrated throughout the day and snag a KIND bar or an apple in case the gap between breakfast and lunch is longer than you expected. This will help you refuel and keep you going until you find a break long enough to sit down and have a meal, which, if you're taking notes, you should most definitely have time to do so!
