Lady Eliza is the youngest daughter of David Manners, 11th Duke of Rutland and Emma Manners, Duchess of Rutland. She and her sisters, Ladies Violet and Alice, have added the titles "Bad-Manners" and "No-Manners" to their society resumes thanks to their hard partying reputations. By American standards, however, they seem like perfectly polite princesses (some Brits really do get scandalized easily).
