What to expect from the London outpost
Now, Keith has finally returned home, and is about to open up the first foreign outpost of Balthazar with partner Richard Caring. Richard, the Brit behind
Soho House and
Le Caprice, is one of the main investors in Keith's restaurant, Pulino's.
"This will not be some Far Eastern copy, everything will be made in the US, the real McCoy," says Richard. "It won't be a copy of the New York Balthazar, but it will be in its image."
