An icon of the Wimbledon Championship is the authentically British dish, strawberries and cream. What started as a scrumptious meal in 1953 gained such a massive following that it was added to the 'Traditional Fare' in 1970. Strawberries and cream is one of the easiest dishes for a hostess to prepare. And it just so happens to go great with Champagne!
