Chiltern Firehouse
An André Balazs property (he's the guy currently behind Chateau Marmont), Chiltern Firehouse is a swank hotel housed within a former firehouse in Marylebone, but it of course offers dining and drinking options to non-hotel guests who are worthy of a paparazzi spread in the Daily Mail. Catch Kate Moss partying it up here, but word to the wise, don't take any substance she may offer. Ahem.
