Ruben Ochoa: Dislocated Masses
Ruben Ochoa's cast-dirt and concrete sculptures, wall-mounted grids of concrete and earth, and cross-sectional paintings on linen of what lies beneath concrete sidewalks are all in his upcoming exhibit,
Dislocated Masses. Large three-dimensional pieces progress into two-dimensional pieces as Ochoa uses space to form different viewpoints of the ground we walk on. Check out Ochoa's work in conjunction with Hayal Pozanti's opening exhibit at Susanne Vielmetter Los Angeles Projects this Saturday.
