Sister Sara's Theme
Curated by Gigiotto del Vecchio and Stefania Palumbo,
Sister Sara's Theme pays homage to Oscar-winning composer Ennio Morricone, who has scored such films as
The Untouchables,
Inglourious Basterds, and
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. As such,
Sister Sara's Theme was conceived as a visual soundtrack to a movie told through the works of artists such as Cyprien Gaillard, Jonathan Zawada, J Parker Valentine included in the exhibition. Through their own imagination, viewers will be able to create their own story line and corresponding music through the contributing artists' works.
Opening reception is today, October 4, from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Let your imagination create whatever story you see from the work!
