Nobody in the history of Halloween parties has ever gone home saying, "that store-bought Captain Jack Sparrow costume was the coolest thing I've ever seen!" In other words, if you want to stand out, you're going to have to get creative, and that means both a cool idea and solid execution. For example, the kick-ass Mars Blackmon costume seen above. I think Spike would approve.
