I'm sure that costume companies made short, orange wigs before The Fifth Element came out, but I'm willing to bet they didn't sell as well. The same probably goes for oblong strips of orange felt, with or without the pre-cut holes. I guess my point is, LeeLoo is a pretty good costume choice for a girl that wants to show some skin but still appeal to the kind of guy who owns action figures. If, y'know, that's something girls out there are interested in.
