According to media reports, the weather has not been cooperating at either festival site, so we recommend that you bring a giant day-glo coverall. But really, bad weather is never a reason to miss an outdoor festival, as it simply increases the odds that the whole thing will devolve into a Woodstock-style mud orgy. Unless you're at the Gathering Of The Juggalos, this is a good thing.
