Prometheus "Engineer"
Most likely, this is a costume of an "Engineer," the humanoid aliens that are alleged to have created humanity (and later kill a bunch of dudes). Then again, this could also just be Brian Urlacher, a Bears linebacker with legendary skills and slightly-less legendary taste in starlets. There'd be no way to know for certain.
