"Best $2k I Never Spent!" Public Enemy & Kurupt Get Down For The People At The Skid Row Street Festival

Organized by the Los Angeles Community Action Network, a poverty advocacy group, the Skid Row Street Festival aimed to rally people of all walks of life around the theme of affordable housing access for society's most disenfranchised. And while it can sometimes be hard to convince people to come stand on Skid Row on a Sunday afternoon, it's safe to guess that the free Public Enemy concert helps out in that regard.
