For an unofficial opening, last night's preview of Bootsy Bellows, the new nightlife venture from Darren Dzienciol, Brian Toll, John Terzian and David Arquette, certainly went off with quite a bang, and we're not talking about the paparazzi kerfuffle the sent Paris Hilton tumbling to the ground outside (and I hope for society's sake the only reaction to that breaking news is a resounding yawn). Between the burlesque and cat lady dancers, Keith Richards puppets, live music and candy handouts, far more remarkable things were happening inside the new Rat Pack-inspired club that blew up before it even opened.
