Katy Perry Crowd Surfs And Gets Down At M83 Set
Crowd surfing is a rite of passage for the most amped, passionate and confident of festival-goers. To trust the sweaty hands of strangers to carry you across a sea of swaying arms, only to be thrown into a sneering security guard at the end is not for the faint at heart.
he likes of Katy Perry. Katy Perry is one of those diehard music festival fans, proven last year when she crowd surfed the audience at the Calvin Harris performance on Sunday, Weekend 1 at Coachella 2012 (same set as the RiRi surprise performance).
But that's not all. Katy was also spotted dancing her heart out at M83's set, widely accepted as one of the best performances of the festival last year. Later, M83 frontman Anthony Gonzalez
posted a Facebook update saying he had seen her dancing in the audience to his performance of "Midnight City" and offered to write her next album. Not a bad idea.
