Last night, Alternative Apparel celebrated the grand opening of its first flagship store in Venice with an Earth Day theme. In honor of the holiday, guests enjoyed eco-friendly bites and cocktails by VeeV, and even had the rare pleasure of a bicycle valet, working towards Alternative's goal to reduce their carbon footprint.
On its debut night, the spanking new Abbot Kinney retail space for founder Greg Alterman's brainchild boasted a hip crowd of Obama traffic warriors, including Joy Bryant, Shenae Grimes, and Brittany Snow who all stepped out to check out the spot and show their support. Cheers to Alternative's new Dogtown digs and a new place in town for all your go-to wardrobe needs.
