Slide #1

To make the Marni for H&M collection launch official, the Swedish retail titan's creative director Margareta Van Den Bosch, Marni's designer and founder Consuelo Castiglioni and Sofia Coppola, who shot the campaign for the collaboration, co-hosted a private dinner with a stylish A-list crowd as their guests to celebrate the occasion. A high-end fashion event like this needs a spectacular venue to match so it's a good thing the historical Sowden House, a 1926 Lloyd Wright textile-block structure in Los Feliz resembling a Mayan temple, was available for use. With dramatic lighting and its editorial architecture, it was the perfect backdrop for the chic group of guests to and enjoy the constant flow of bubbly, cocktails, treats and a live musical performance by Bryan Ferry under the stars.
