But back to the singing, it wasn't bad at all and she's working on coping with that nervous energy we know she gets when she's performing. Benny Le Banhart even said her voice is amazing but is still awk on stage. She sang several songs off of Born To Die, including "Blue Jeans," "Summertime Sadness," "Video Games," and "Million Dollar Man" and was also very gracious and appears to have a real appreciation and love of her fans for whom she happily signed copies of her album.
Is there room for improvement? For sure, but who isn't a work-in-progress? We believe in you, Lana. But next time, it would be awesome if you could get a little weird and please don't wear rhinestone jeans or confuse us by looking like you just scored some Ann Taylor at Costco like it's 2002; it's depressing. Even if that's who you really are, we don't want to know. We like the fake you better. You feel me, Interscope?
