To celebrate the installation's arrival, Decades and costume designer/stylist B. Åkerlund hosted a private vernissage featuring DJ sets and a performance from fellow Swedes Tommy Tysper and Elliphant. The exclusive preview event drew a crowd of stylish guests from the fashion, art, design, and entertainment scene including Cameron Silver, Fergie, Christos Garkinos, Rose McGowan, Peggy Moffitt, Adriano Goldschmied, Tracee Ellis Ross, Paz De La Huerta, Rosson Crow, and Lisa Pliner.
