Boasting some of the country's top dining destinations, add Food Haus Cafe to your growing list of must-try restaurants in the booming food metropolis that is DTLA. Owners Ani Petrosyan and Harut Sargsyan bring an industrial-meets-luxury spot to South Olive Street where diners can sit back in tufted leather booths and enjoy their favorite foods. With chef Steven Velichnian (former executive sous chef at Asia de Cuba) at the helm, Food Haus offers a gourmet comfort menu featuring Bleu Burgers, specialty flatbread and french onion soup. Friday night, Food Haus celebrated its grand opening by welcoming 450 friends and family to come scope out the digs and taste the goods. Sponsored by Rockenwagner Bakery, Flipbook Frenzy and Celebritylook Laser Center, guests at the grand opening were treated to live DJ jams, a photo booth, cake, cocktails, and of course some of Food Haus' menu offerings. Items passed throughout the night included Bleu Burger sliders, flatbreads, Coconut Shrimp, Haus Fries, Sweet Garlic Chili Wings, Baby G Salad with candied pecans and citrus watermelon. Hungry?
