Joan Collins Throws Coke Heir, Alex Hitz, A Birthday Party

[All photos by Patrick McMullan of PMc] On March 6th, Joan Collins, Carolina Herrera, Kathy Hilton and Nikki Haskell threw a birthday party for Alex Hitz at his house in Hollywood. (Who's he? Oh, just the heir to the Coca-Cola fortune.)

However, Alex is isn't just known for soda: he's also a biggie in the world of prepared gourmet food. As an esteemed chef (who went to Le Cordon Bleu Paris -- yep, like Julia Child!) and frequent party host, Alex brings healthy cooking and entertaining crowds together by creating his own line of meals, called Beverly Hills Kitchen. Are they any good? Well, they made Joan Collins make this face:
