Other Details: In honor of the 2011 Los Angeles Food & Wine festival, L.A. Live hosted a kickoff event. Mayor Villaraigosa, Kathy Griffin, Wolfgang Puck and other notables and famous chefs launched the weekend festival with a major wine tasting where guests sampled vino from 200 different wineries.
