Other Details: From Hollywood Blvd, you'd never know that beyond the neon sign for hot dog purveyor Papaya King is an exclusive, dimly lit nightclub that hosts intimate live music performances from up-and-coming talent, celebrity musicians and top recording artists every Thursday. Last night Lauren Conrad and Derek Hough arrived together at Jason Scoppa's weekly The Sessions at Sayers. Inside, among the crowd of people who know people, were some of HBO's finest men about town, such as Bryan Greenberg, Kevin Connolly, and Jeremy Piven who even took the floor at one point to help welcome one of the musical acts onto the stage.
