While the GofG L.A. party took over SKYBAR, SPiN Hollywood was busy with a party of its own on Wednesday night at the Mondrian.  The hot destination and younger sister of the NYC outpost hosted a very special evening with its Ping Pong With The Models event, which, as you may have gathered, offered a night of the trendy nightlife sport with a bevy of leggy ladies from Click Model Management.

The models donned orange tops and white mini tennis skirts to look the part for the ping pong tourneys throughout the night while mingling with guests and showing off their skills.  The event was not one to be missed, with attendees ranging from hip, young fashionistas to the eminent James Gldstein, the L.A. fixture known for his nearly perfect attendance record at Lakers and Clippers games and signature Beverly Hills cowboy-like panache.  Even Franck Raharinosy, the NYC-based Prince of Madagascar who founded SPiN along with Susan Sarandon, Jonathon Bricklin and Andrew Gordon, managed to make it out for the party.

Guests enjoyed the company of the models while sipping cocktails, perfecting their backhand, and grooving to the tunes courtesy of Max Van Ville all through the night in the packed club.  With sports, models, and free-flowing drinks, it seems SPiN has definitely nailed a recipe for success in the fickle L.A. nightlife industry.
