Friday night, the style-hungry stormed the town for the L.A. celebration of global event, Fashion's Night Out 2010. Parties dotted the entire city sprawl, from Abbot Kinney to Los Feliz, where stores celebrated their merch and guests' love of fashion with music, drinks, food, and goodies.
Refinery29 Los Angeles teamed up with 3.1 Phillip Lim to host a soiree at the designer's Beverly Hills flagship where guests peeped artist James Jean's display of portraits throughout the space as they browsed the retail. The Phillip Lim-Refinery union was clearly a success, as the event covered several keys to making an awesome event, including tunes by DJ Myles Hendrik and food trucks on hand serving up tasty treats.
Meanwhile, Opening Ceremony was having their very own FNO 2010 fete over in their West Hollywood parking lot, a space that's proven to make for a great event venue. Hipsters swarmed the upscale boutique where they scoped at the exclusive merchandise from rare, hard-to-find brands and snacked on offerings by Soda Pop's. Fashion ruled the night and we have a feeling L.A.'s fashionistas went home with some fantastic new duds and depleted bank balances.
Make sure to check back soon because we'll have even more coverage of FNO L.A. 2010 shortly!
