Since 2008, Coolhaus co-founders Natasha Case and Freya Estreller have been bringing their ice cream goodness to city dwellers. Using natural, handmade and organic ingredients when possible, menu options include a mascarpone-based ice cream with balsamic-glazed figs from our golden state, a brown butter maple ice cream topped with maple candied chicken skins and caramelized waffles, and a whiskey Lucky Charms concoction for a booze-infused (and breakfast-inspired) treat.
