After seeing the frozen treat options around schools, Sarah Reinhardt and Louise Browne-Gonzalez decided that their kids needed healthier alternatives. Dubbing their venture “a modern take on the ice cream man,” The S’Cream Truck serves up natural locally-made ice cream balls on a stick that are dipped in chocolate or chocolate shavings, all done from a sleek retro-fitted mail carrier.
