This year, Goldenvoice expanded Coachella by an incredible 25k people each weekend for a total of 125k attendees per weekend, widening the grounds to accommodate the additional festival goers. Along with a dizzying array of performers (and a new punk stage called Sonora), a visual audio sensory experience was debuted called Antarctic, which provided an LSD like trip to guests, and the art this year did not disappoint. Our favorite was the Chiaozza Garden which resembled a greenhouse of huge Dr. Seuss 'plant' structures in every pastel color possible. Although the expanded grounds meant double the walking (and exhaustion), the production value was even more incredible than last year and the festival did not disappoint.
