Starfucker at Glass House I get a lot of email from people who complain that we never cover events in the Inland Empire. No, wait, that's a lie. Do they have email in the Inland Empire? Well, in any case, I would advise all Pomona students, people who just flew into the Ontario Airport to save money, and general dance-minded residents of the I.E. to get to The Glass House on Sunday to see Starfucker (or as they sometimes tour, STRFKR), the critically-acclaimed Portland dance-pop outfit that's not nearly as challenging to enjoy as that name might make you believe. Yes, I can see why you might not believe the band with "fuck" in their name who do songs about death and the end of the world could actually make catchy, totally danceable grooves that have appeared in Target commercials.
