Made By Meg is a catering company in Redonda Beach with a counter that serves farmers’ market salads and sandwiches for lunch, Tuesday to Saturday. Its café has 14 seats and a small outdoor patio. Meg's has an exhibition-style kitchen, so you can watch your food being prepared.
A: "Made By Meg is amazing! Meg herself is great—she's a cool Cali girl who loves food. Her shop is super cute; it's very small but in a great location, just a couple blocks from the beach. We had a delightful cheese platter to start; we then proceeded to devour the most amazing French fries with shaved Parmesan cheese, and the best chipotle aioli I've ever tasted. To top it off, we had "Sandy's," a sandwich that is an explosion of flavors in your mouth; mine had apples, grilled onion, arugula, whipped goat cheese, and a balsamic reduction. Meg is very inventive with her pairings; looking at her catering menu, I can understand why she has a booming business."
