Barnsdall Art Park - Hollyhock House

You'll notice a rather odd building next to you. This house was built and designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, using the hollyhock flower for inspiration. It's crazy to think about, but the woman who once owned the land that makes up Barnsdall Art Park used to live there. Though the house is closed right now for reconstruction, come Spring they'll be giving tours of the house's decadent wooden interior, describing its history and how Frank Lloyd Wright was commissioned to design everything down to the dining room furniture.
