When you first walk into Rebecca Minkoff on Melrose, you’re greeted by a wall of interactive screen panels where you can order a drink, style your outfits and send clothes to your fitting room. Behold… fitting room mecca. Ask any girl the worst part about shopping and she’ll tell you the lighting in the fitting room. Ummmm and we’re supposed to strip down to our skivvies under these fluorescent lights? No, thank you. Problem solved at Rebecca Minkoff. Choose from a selection of lighting choices like “Runyon Canyon Morning,” “Santa Monica Sunset,” or “WeHo After Dark.” As soon as you hang your clothes in the dressing room, photos of your items pop up on the mirror. From your fitting room “throne” you can request different sizes/colors, save your selections to your personal account for another day and request to check out on an salesperson’s iPad.
