For years the culinary chosen ones have been preaching the gourmet gospel, making foodies and gluttons of Hollywood's finest. With basically a different venture / restaurant for every day of the week. - Animal, Son of a Gun, Trois Mec, Petit Trois, Helen's - they not only run this town, they wine and dine the f*ck out of it.
We caught up with the duo at their newest spot, the Fairfax District favorite and answer to all things Italian and delizioso, the oh so appropriately named Jon & Vinny's, to muse about the restaurant biz, LA food culture, and their upcoming project!
