Whether it be as Hannah Montana, finding “The Best of Both Worlds,” the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer’s daughter, or the nonconformist, Disney-detached, “Can’t Be Tamed” free bird, this year Miley makes anew, unlike the many personas she has portrayed, completely naked, and literally. It’s not just evident in her rebellious platinum gelled hair, risque fashion, and that ridiculous pelvic-popping dance whose name shall not be mentioned, but also in her sound.
