As we mentioned, the L.A. project also brings food into the game. For their first foray into dining, the Blind Barber guys stick to what they know: comfort food. More specifically, grilled cheese. Okay, it's a bit more sophisticated than Wonder Bread and Kraft Singles with a menu that includes some light starters and mixed greens, as well as ingredients like purple kale, aged truffle oil, brioche and jalapeño.
