Other details: The Hammer Museum celebrated its fifth annual K.A.M.P. (Kids’ Art Museum Project), an event imagined by artists for children of all ages, on Sunday, May 18, 2014. Chaired by Brooke Kanter, K.A.M.P. was a success, raising more than $200,000 in support of the Museum’s free public youth programs, including Hammer Kids. Nearly 1000 guests attended the event, and artists, architects, photographers, designers, and other creative professi onals led inventive hands-on workshops in the Hammer Museum courtyard. Celebrity guests Jessica Alba, Conan O’Brien, Armie Hammer, Molly Sims, Glen Davis, and Jeanne Tripplehorn led Story Time and read from their favorite children’s books in the Museum’s galleries.
