Despite still being unsure about what Ted Cruz meant when he attacked New Yorkers with the supposed existence of 'New York values', we do know that if LA was to have its own set of 'values' to characterize the city, Gracias Madre would be the poster child of such. Gracias Madre not only serves kickass Mexican cuisine, but is also two of our favorite things: vegan and organic.
