Mia Sarazen heads the cocktail program at The Churchill and has come up with a great selection, including the classic Templeton Manhattan on tap. If you're looking for something unique, try The Statesman, made with Famous Grouse, apricot, lemon, baked apple bitters, and sparkling tonic. Or if you prefer vodka, The Amelia may ring your bell, made with Kettle One, lemon, St. Germain, violet, and blackberries.
