Head bartender of Eveleigh, David Kupchinsky, has opened the bar to a few guests mixologists the past few Mondays, tonight being the last in the guest cocktail master series with Erik Ellestad, so be sure to stop in if you're interested. Guest bartenders aside, Kupchinsky has created a few summer signatures of his own, including the Mia Farrow, made with gin, Campari, rosemary, and fresh lemon. Or try the Hotel Nacional, with rum, apricot eau de vie, fresh pineapple, lime, and cane sugar.
