A 33-seat Japanese and Italian fine dining restaurant is situated in downtown Los Angeles, named Orsa & Winston, after the chef's two small dogs. Here's the Japanese twist on an Italian favorite: Koshihikari rice with sea urchin and geoduck, made like a risotto. You have four tasting menus to chose from: a four-course family style at $50 a person, a five-course meal at $60 a person, nine-course meal at $95 a person, and a 20 plus Super Omakase meal at $195 a person with advance reservation. The steep prices will not disappoint.
