Set in the arts district in Downtown L.A. is Angelo Auriana's first solo gig, The Factory Kitchen. Partnered with Matteo Ferdinandi, the pair composed a menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients to make traditional Italian food. Don't let the industrial ruggedness of the interior fool you, for the food is made with great care and attention. With a menu of homemade pastas, seared swordfish, porchetta, and focaccias, The Factory Kitchen offers a casual trattoria-style experience with exquisite Italian dishes.
