CYP2 once again delivered another night of booty-shaking live music into the wee hours at the Echoplex with supporting acts like Sasha Go Hard, Chrome Sparks and GTA on hand to warm up the crowd before the main event. As the first stop on his "April Fools" tour, DJ extraordinaire A-Trak hit the stage ready to rock the already riled crowd and set that place on fuego. Revelers dripped in sweat and stripped down, with many a dude going shirtless, as they fist-pumped it out and danced through A-Trak's jams until the very end.
Having just turned 31 on March 30th, the crowd also got to help A-Trak ring in another year when the CYP2 family brought out a candle-covered cake in the shape of a tuna melt (Tuna Melt is the title of his latest EPs) for a belated birthday celebration complete with everyone at the Echoplex singing him "Happy Birthday." A-Trak was even joined by some fellow turntablists such as Just Blaze, Congorock, RL Grime, AC Slater and Skrillex for the festivities.

With the rest of his club tour, a Coachella party gig, a mini European tour, and many appearances on the summer music festival circuit set for the coming months, we have a feeling 31 is going to be a pretty sweet year for A-Trak.
