Slide #1
This year, Haunted Mansion, HARD's annual Halloween-centric EDM event took the form of Day of the Dead, an outdoor music festival on Saturday evening spanning across a section of DTLA's State Historic Park with four separate stages. Performances began at 6pm and lasted until 2am from an impressive bill the included EDM stars Nadastrom, Crookers, Zeds Dead, Destructo, Soul Clap, Major Lazer, Knife Party, Diplo and Justice among many others. As expected, the 18+ event drew a stoked crowd of raver children sporting the usual staples of neon, bras, undies and manks with the costume element significantly amplified thanks the the Halloween/Day of the Dead theme. Between the four stages, carnival Holy Ship ride and Ferris wheel among the various attractions, this year's updated Haunted Mansion rendition as Day of the Dead was no doubt HARD's biggest and most well-appointed Halloween event yet.
We were on the scene to capture the madness and even managed to get on stage with a few performers, so keep clicking through the slideshow to see more sick photos from the HARD Day of the Dead EDM music festival.
