Slide #2

While Saturday's show was spared some of the harshness of Mother Nature, Friday night ravers faced some of the worst conditions possible for an outdoor L.A. show. Temperatures in 50s dipping into the 40s with showers and cold, dense air were a recipe for a muddy mess in the park that boasted orange cones surrounding swamp pits all over the grounds. But this was no deterrent for the raver children who somehow soldiered on through the night in nothing but tank tops, shorts, bras, and panties. We also want to give special recognition to the many, many ladies who were sinking ankle-deep into the frigid mud sludge with each step of their spike heels until the bitter end. Respect. For two hours, SHM took L.A. on a journey through their most popular dance power ballads and tracks as the LED stage lit up, fake snow machines, fog machines, bubbles, laser lights, sparklers and fireworks blasted throughout the night with the crowd dancing and singing along the whole time.
