You're Invited: 2013 City of Hope Spirit of Life Gala

Fall has come our way, and that means lavish galas, awards ceremonies and fancy dinners under moonlit tents like the 2013 City of Hope Spirit of Life gala. This year, the swanky event featuring a performance by Stevie Wonder falls on Thursday, September 19th in Playa Vista and will benefit City of Hope's mission to raise funds for cancer research - read on to find out how you can attend! This year's event honors C.A.A.'s managing partner and head of music, Rob Light and of course, features a performance by the one and only Stevie Wonder. Light's honor is to accompany a year-long fundraising campaign that will result in $5 million raised for cancer research (not too shabby). Other names expected to attend include Randy Jackson, Steve Perry (Journey), Ann & Nancy Wilson (Heart) with more to be announced. General admission starts at $1k, and includes a ticket to the event, apps and dinner, and there are tons of other options if you want to go in on a table with others, get a backstage pass, artist green room, all access cabanas and more.
